Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to professional IT services provided by AUDREY LEE ENTERPRISES LLC ("Company"). Because our work is service-based and customized to each client engagement, refund considerations differ from product purchases.
1. Service-Based Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility is governed by the executed agreement or statement of work between the Company and the client. In general:
- Fees for work already performed are non-refundable;
- Pre-paid amounts for unstarted work may be eligible for refund, less any reasonable costs incurred;
- Milestone-based engagements are refunded only for milestones not yet commenced.
2. Limitations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed deliverables that meet the agreed acceptance criteria;
- Third-party software, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on the client's behalf;
- Delays caused by the client or by factors outside the Company's reasonable control.
3. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@audreyleee.com and include the engagement reference, the basis for the request, and any supporting documentation. Requests are reviewed in good faith and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Dispute Handling
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct discussion before pursuing other remedies. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and venue described in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Changes
We may revise this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your engagement will apply, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
